With almost two decades of experience leading brands at some of the largest companies in the world, I decided to set out on my own to help organizations grow and have a positive impact on the world. I've always loved connecting my brands to deep consumer needs, but along the way I realized that marketing strategy works best when considering three needs: what brands can deliver, what consumers want, and what the world needs. This is how I led sustainability marketing at Nestlé, and how I approach my consulting work today.
